You will be given 3 - 6 Week customized exercise programming, totalling 18 weeks.

Client’s report to their coach on a weekly basis through out coaching app. Programs are easy to use and easy to follow. You will have access to your coach via coaching app and text, as well as access to our online community.

Program guide is provided.

Training programs are tailored to you. All programs have video links for proper form and execution of exercises. We follow a progressive approach to exercise programming, aimed at getting you optimal results.

Training programs can be created for gym or home.

Our program’s have no time constraints, we coach you through your goal and then through a maintenance program. This is a process that takes some time, patience and consistency and is by no means, a quick fix, or fad diet. We want to help you reach your goal and maintain it long term.

All memberships are non refundable and you MUST cancel in writing by email 10 days prior to next payment.
