Personal Training | Group Fitness


PERSONAL TRAINING:

In person 1:1 or semi-private training sessions specifically tailored to your goals. Our sessions are not timed, they are based on your programming however sessions typically run 30-40 minutes. 

We currently do not have space for our 1:1 in person training. You can either JOIN THE WAITLIST or choose an ONLINE PROGRAM.

 

4 WEEK STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING:

45 minute session that focuses on progressive strength and cardio training, for a well rounded fitness routine with the support and motivation of a group.

2 x a week Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 5:15PM

Extra flex day Monday @ 5:15pm

MOM STRENGTH:

This program is structred like a large group personal training program with structred, progressive programming. We focus on proper breathing and bracing techniques, increasing strength and stability and building muscle. 

This is open to beginners and intermediate trainees. 

This program also has a child care option and non-mobile babies are welcome in the room. 

2-3 x a week Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 10:15
